# E-signature + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM integrates with DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and PandaDoc. The manager sends a contract for signature from the document itself, built on the signature template you link to that document type, and every signing event comes back to the same deal. A view or a signature adds a note, the deal moves to the next stage when all signers finish, and a decline creates a task.

## What your team gets

### Send for signature from the contract

On the contract stage the manager presses Send for signature. Krokul fills the signer role from the deal contact and the template fields from deal values, attaches the contract as a PDF and keeps the envelope or request ID on the document.

### Signed by everyone, then the next stage

Each signer who finishes appears in the deal feed, so the manager knows whom to call. Only the final completed event marks the contract as signed and moves the deal to the stage you chose, and Krokul still checks the required fields of that stage.

### Declines and the signed copy

A declined or voided request marks the contract as declined, returns the deal to the stage you set and gives the owner a task. After completion Krokul fetches the signed file, saves it to the connected file storage and links it on the contract and the deal.

## What to know

The signing page, reminders to signers, the audit trail and the certificate of completion stay in the signature service. Krokul keeps the deal, the contract, its signing status and a link to the signed copy.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul send its own contract or a signature template?

Both together. The template supplies roles and signing fields, and the Krokul contract is attached to it as a PDF filled with deal data.

### Can I test signing without real contracts?

Yes. DocuSign has a developer environment and Dropbox Sign has a test mode with callbacks, so the whole path shows in the sync journal before you go live.

### Where is the signed contract stored?

In the signature service, and as a copy in the file storage connected to Krokul, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. The contract and the deal hold the link.
