# Commerce platforms + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Amazon Seller Central, Faire and Ankorstore. Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart have native connectors. Each store order becomes a deal with lines matched to the Krokul catalog by SKU, Krokul sends stock to the store, and a shipped deal returns its tracking number to the order. Other commerce platforms connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato and the Krokul API.

## What your team gets

### One stock figure for every sales channel

An order from any connected store opens a deal in the pipeline you chose for that channel, and its lines reserve stock. When the balance changes in Krokul, each connector updates the matching SKU in its store, so the web shop, the marketplace listing and the phone sales team sell from one warehouse.

### From the order to tracking in the store

Krokul fires `card.created` when the order deal opens and `payment.received` when the store reports the payment. Once the shipment has a tracking number, the connector writes the fulfillment or shipping details back to the store order, and the buyer sees tracking where they bought.

### Trade buyers across channels

Krokul matches each buyer to a contact by e-mail or phone and links the billing company to a client company, firing `clientCompany.created` for a new one. A retailer on Faire and a Shopify B2B company keep all purchases on one client company, next to orders taken by phone.

## What to know

Storefront design, checkout, promotions, taxes and store payouts stay in the commerce platform; Krokul runs the buyer, the deal, stock and the shipment. Amazon releases buyer names and addresses only to approved roles, and Faire and Ankorstore give API access only to brands. Alibaba.com is set up on request, because Alibaba.com opens its Open API only to paid supplier members and approves each app.

## Questions and answers

### How does Krokul avoid a second deal for one order?

Each connector keeps the store order ID as the external key of the deal, so a repeated webhook updates that same deal.

### Which side owns stock levels?

Krokul. The connectors write the Krokul balance to the store by SKU. Stock held for Fulfillment by Amazon stays in Amazon warehouses.
