# AI assistants + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM has a built-in MCP server at `https://app.krokul.com/mcp`. Claude connects to it as a custom connector and ChatGPT as a custom MCP server. You sign in and approve the permissions. The assistant then reads and writes deals, contacts, tasks and reports with your role. Microsoft Copilot reaches the same address through an agent in Copilot Studio, as do other assistants that support remote MCP servers, and AI steps in automations run through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato.

## What your team gets

### Questions answered from Krokul numbers

You ask who owes the most or where deals stall. The assistant calls tools such as `client_company_read_debtors` and `report_stage_duration`, and the Krokul server calculates the figures, so the answer rests on your data.

### Call notes become a comment and a task

You tell the assistant what the client agreed to. It finds the deal, adds a comment and sets the next step after you approve each write call. The new task fires `task.created`, so your calendar or team chat flow picks it up.

### An AI step inside an automation

The Krokul app in Zapier or Make sends `card.created` or `contact.created` to a Claude or ChatGPT action that summarises a request or extracts contact details. A Krokul action writes the result back as a comment or a contact update.

## What to know

Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund stay with people in the Krokul interface and are not offered as tools. Each connection works inside one Krokul company, and what an assistant may do also follows its own plan and workspace policies.

## Questions and answers

### Does the assistant see data outside my role?

No. Krokul checks the role of the signed-in person on every call and limits the tools to the permissions you approved.

### Can I check a change before the assistant makes it?

Yes. Every Krokul write tool accepts the `dryRun` flag. With it, the server shows the request it would run and writes nothing.

### How do I revoke access?

Open your profile in Krokul and revoke the app in the connected apps block. The next call from the assistant fails.
