# Adobe Commerce (Magento) + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Adobe Commerce (Magento). A placed sales order becomes a Krokul deal with lines matched by SKU, Krokul writes source item quantities back to the store, and a shipped deal creates the Magento shipment with its tracking number. Invoices and credit memos from Commerce show up on the deal. The link runs through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or through the Krokul API and webhooks together with the Commerce REST API.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### A Magento sales order becomes a deal

When a buyer places an order, Adobe I/O Events notifies the Krokul connector, which reads the sales order through the REST API. Krokul finds the customer as a contact, links the billing company to a client company and opens a deal whose items point to Krokul products with the same SKU. Its increment ID becomes the external key of the deal.

### Source stock follows the Krokul warehouse

Each Krokul warehouse maps to an inventory source in Commerce. When stock moves in Krokul, the connector updates the source item quantity for that SKU, so the storefront and the sales team read the same balance.

### Shipping from the deal creates the Commerce shipment

When the deal ships with a tracking number, Krokul calls the ship action of the sales order with the shipped items and a track for the carrier. Commerce changes the order state, and the account manager adds no comment by hand.

### Sales order invoices and credit memos on the deal

An invoice created in Commerce records the amount on the deal payment. A credit memo records the refund and moves the deal to the stage you mapped, so finance and sales read one history.

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
2. Pair the Magento trigger New Order with the Krokul action Create Deal, and New Customer with Create Contact.
3. Start from the Magento trigger New Sales Order Credit Memo and run the Krokul action Create Task for the account manager.
4. From the Krokul trigger Deal Stage Changed, run Create Sales Order Comment so store staff see the B2B approval.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. In the Commerce Admin, open System → Extensions → Integrations and activate an integration with access to sales, catalog, inventory and customers. In Krokul, issue an API key with scopes for deals, contacts, client companies and payments.
2. For each new sales order, find the buyer with contact/api-find, add the billing company through clientCompany/api-create when it is new, and open the deal with card/api-create.
3. Keep the increment ID on the deal with externalRef/api-upsert, and post each Commerce invoice to payment/api-create with the cardUuid of that deal.
4. Subscribe a webhook to card.statusChanged and verify the x-crm-signature header with your secret. On the shipping stage, call the ship action of the sales order with the tracking number.

**Triggers:** New Order; New Customer; New Sales Order Invoice; New Sales Order Shipment; New Sales Order Credit Memo.

**Actions:** Create Customer; Create Sales Order Comment.

### For integrators

Adobe Commerce Webhooks run synchronous checks where Commerce waits for an answer, so the connector uses Adobe I/O Events for order notifications and the REST API for reads and writes. Krokul offers a public REST API, signed webhooks with a delivery log, external keys for increment IDs and SKUs, and a sandbox company for trial runs.

## Questions and answers

### Does the integration work with Magento Open Source?

Yes. The flow relies on the REST API, which Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce share. Order notifications through Adobe I/O Events need an Adobe Commerce setup, so on Magento Open Source the flow reads new orders on a schedule.

### How are multiple Commerce inventory sources handled?

You map each Krokul warehouse to one source. Krokul writes the quantity per source item, and Commerce calculates salable quantity as usual.

### Are Adobe Commerce B2B company accounts mapped?

The billing company of an order becomes a Krokul client company. Shared catalogs, negotiable quotes and purchase order approvals stay in Adobe Commerce.

### Where do I see why an order did not sync?

In the run history of your flow, which names the sales order and the failing step, such as an unknown SKU. On the Krokul side, the webhook delivery log shows each event sent and lets you redeliver it after the fix.

## Limits

Adobe Commerce B2B features such as shared catalogs, negotiable quotes, requisition lists and purchase order approvals stay in Commerce. Krokul keeps the buyer, the deal, stock and delivery.
