# MRR that matches your invoices and payments

You see who is late with payment, which contracts are waiting for renewal and what the month’s MRR change is made of.

Subscription invoices go out on schedule, and a closed MRR month stays exactly as it was closed.

**In short.** Krokul is a B2B CRM for SaaS and subscription services: a trial from the website comes in as a deal, a subscription is a contract with a period and a monthly amount, its invoices are issued on schedule, MRR is built from the month’s movements, churn is recorded with a reason, and a closed month stays as it was closed.

**Who it’s for:** B2B SaaS; subscription services; IT companies with retainers and support packages.

## Questions and answers

### How much does it cost?

Users do not affect the price on any plan. Subscriptions, MRR, scheduled invoices and receivables start with the Money plan, $149 per month. Tickets with SLA deadlines are on the Margin plan, $399 per month.

### Do I need an implementation partner to get started?

You can start on your own: the demo company and your own company are both launched from one question about your business type. A certified Krokul partner can take on data migration, accounting integration or complex rules.

### How does a trial become a client?

A trial request from the website comes in as a deal in the trial pipeline. Then a plan offer, a contract with a period and a monthly amount, from which invoices are issued on schedule.

### Does it work for annual subscriptions?

Yes: the annual amount is split across the months of the period, and it enters MRR in equal parts every month.

### What if a client pays late?

The subscription stays active and MRR holds, while the invoice becomes overdue and shows up in receivables by due date. Churn is recorded when the contract is not renewed.

### How do I record churn?

A decision not to renew is recorded with a reason from a list: too expensive, moved to a competitor, stopped using it. The reasons are visible in MRR movements.

### Who charges clients’ cards?

Your payment service. Krokul issues invoices on schedule and matches them with payments from the bank statement or from the payment service.
